How Do I Schedule Services?

Please call me (774.239.4224) or email me to schedule a FREE consultation to customize services that will meet the needs of you & your best friend.  I am aware of the stress of short-notice business trips as well as being held over for a shift at work so last-minute scheduling is easy for existing clients!

Why is the Consultation Necessary?

The FREE consultation gives us both an opportunity to get acquainted.  I will get the chance to interact with your pet while you are present. This will also be a time when you can get any questions about pet sitting services answered. The consultation includes:

• a visit to your home to gain familiarity with your pet and home routine
• discussion and completion of House and Pet Information Sheet
• discussion and completion of Emergency and Veterinarian Information Sheet

If your pet requires medication, please schedule this during the free consultation so that I may familiarize myself with this important routine. 

Please have a complete set of keys ready prior to consultation. Please check them to make sure they work. Your keys will be stored in a secure manner.

Why do you require two sets of keys?

Doggie Pawpins keeps two sets of keys on file in case there is ever a problem.  Occasionally, the unplanned happens in life, and having an extra set of keys allows me to make sure your pet(s) can still be visited.  If you ever need to be let in your house, feel free to call me!

Are you insured/bonded?

For everyone’s protection, I am insured and bonded.

How Do I Pay for Services?

For new clients, payment in full is required at initial consultation. For existing clients, payment may be left at your home for me to pick up or you may pay online with your credit card by clicking here.  For clients with weekly or monthly scheduled services, invoicing is available.

*There is an $8.00 fee added to services on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Credit Cards accepted!

Returned Checks – A fee of $35.00 will be charged on all returned checks.

What is your cancellation policy?

Weekly scheduled services:
(i.e., vacation care)

         7 days notice: Full Refund

         Less than 7 days notice: 50% Refund

Daily Scheduled Services:
(i.e., walks, playgroups, taxi)

         24-hour notice: Full Refund

         Less Than 24-hour notice: 50% Refund

Should you need to cancel a service, please contact me at 774.239.4224. 

Email cancellations are only acceptable if you are canceling a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance and you receive a confirmation message from me.

Please understand no refunds will be given if you return home early from your trip as this time has already been reserved for you in my schedule.  In the case of an emergency situation, please contact me directly.

Do you have a referral program?

Refer Doggie Pawpins to friends, neighbors, and colleagues and receive a complimentary pet sitting visit or walk after your referral becomes a new client!

Are Gift Certificates Available?

Yes, Gift Certificates are available!  Please contact me for purchasing info.
